In the future, scientific articles will be published with an Estimated Reliability Index (ERI)

In the future, scientific articles will be published with an Estimated Reliability Index (ERI) based on their level of methodological and statistical strengths and risk of bias (e.g. due to sponsorship/funding and/or conflict of interest). This would be similar to the usual (by now) disclaimer about the estimated accuracy of public opinion polls.
